This contemporary bungalow extension was designed by David Chapman & associates Architects and completed by Vine House Construction.
The extension and refurbishment works completely transformed a basic bungalow into a modern living space which included a new kitchen and bathroom.
The centrepiece of the double height open extension was the large timber feature truss which was hand built on site by our experienced craftsmen.
The kitchen includes a “Butlers Pantry” feature. This was shown in the kitchen suppliers brochure but when we enquired it was not available as part of the kitchen and could not be purchased. The client was so keen on having this in her kitchen we hand built an exact replica of the Butlers Pantry from the brochure.
