This project involves a complete strip out and conversion of a disused bank and buildings into a commercial retail unit and two holiday let apartments. Design by JAW Design http://www.jawdesign.co.uk/
The building has been refurbished using traditional materials including lime plaster to the walls and limecrete for the ground floor. The existing timber sash windows have been carefully repaired and refurbished and new services have been installed throughout. A small two storey extension has been built using timber frame construction and clad with natural stone to compliment the existing building and to provide new bathroom and utility facilities.
