A project to deliver a £200,000 classroom extension for City of York Council to provide much needed additional teaching space for local primary school.
This build is single storey extension to match the existing building comprising reinforced concrete raft foundations with structural steel frame to support full height glazed panels.
Externally the building is clad in part with western red cedar timber.
